Return + Refund Policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We offer 7 day returns on all in-stock items bought from our website. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. All pieces must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging. Customers will be responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your physical return a refund will be issued within five working days.

Commissioned (handmade to order) jewelry, or jewelry that has been adjusted for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged unless previously agreed in writing. Any requests for return of these items will be considered on an individual basis. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
