Shipping Policy

All of our beautiful jewelry pieces are handmade. Please allow us 1 to 2 weeks for the production, which does not include the shipping time. Certain custom orders might take longer. Total approximate production and shipping is 2 to 3 weeks.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been placed, packaged, shipped, and delivered.

All US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx excluding Hawaii, which requires air shipment.

Please note that all packages require a signature and keep track of the package with the provided tracking information.
